In Western culture we tend to see the animal either as a whole we want to cuddle or reduced to clean steaks and minced meat. These photographs confront that distance by showing elements from inside the animal\u2014beautiful, unsettling and deliberately difficult to ignore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exhibition became a visual conversation about how we look at animals, consumption and responsibility.
